Tim O’Neill is Co-Founder and Joint Managing Director of Australia’s largest independently owned digital agency, Reactive. Reactive employs over 100 staff across offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland, London and New York.
In 2006 Tim moved to London and established Reactive's UK office, with clients including STA Travel, British Airways, Wembley Stadium and Tesco. In 2009, Tim returned to the Melbourne head-office. Reactive's London office meanwhile continues to grow and build on its success.
Tim is passionate about effective use of digital strategy and design to deliver business results. He provides top-level management of the business’ five offices plus three operating divisions (Reseo, Baselocation and Codagenic).
