Damian’s career has so far been one of a creative contrast, from creating commercial installations, film and events to leading creative teams for various digital agencies including: Fluid Interactive, AGENCY.COM, U.S WEB, Proximity BBDO and Clemenger BLUE Digital.
Most recently, Damian was a Creative Director and Board Director at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, leading ideas across all advertising mediums, while still nurturing the digital conscience of the agency.
Damian's work has been recognised at One Show Interactive, Cannes Lions, London International Awards, D&AD, New York Festivals, AWARD, Caples (New York), Asia Pacific Interactive Awards and MADC. Most notably, Damian’s interactive work has also received Gold at Cannes.
In recognition of his creative leadership, Damian has been a judge at Cannes Lions, New York Festivals, London International Awards, Dubai Lynx, AWARD, South by Southwest (SXSW, USA), The International Website Awards (San Francisco), AIMIA, Creative Showcase Awards and the Interactive Panel Chair for the Australian Direct Marketing Awards (ADMA) and MADC Awards.
Damian was also recognised in B&T magazine’s Top 10 digital creatives of Australasia.
